Ahhh. But you gave that review and said you hadn't read the book, which was a novel, unlike what I'm doing. It has nothing to do with whether or not it was a bad review. It is the fact that this clearly shows a vendetta against an innocent woman.

The authors involved gave me written permission to use the stories. Peter, I guess you are even more hellbent than this rugmunching bitch is. Just because I gave one bad review to someone, does that give open season to try to get my anthology closed down? Are you really that much of an asshole to do so?

Yes, it is a victory. The nasty false review by Porkness is gone.

I tried to find the review to see what the fuss was about but didn't find it. I guess they removed it.

Yes, I've heard of this contest. He has somehow herded his faithful flock to this site to vote for one of his stories. I'm sure he'll use it to promote his anthology as he needs all of the promo he can scrounge up. Unless of course, someone else were to win. Which, will probably be the case, given the odds.

His bizarre bullshit aside, study that paragraph and see if you can find a single sentence that has been properly put together (in regards to grammer, spelling, and syntax). The guy is hardly literate; how in the BRIGHT BLUE HELL does he ever expect to make it as a writer?

From the journal of NP:

Just by being myself I tend to make enemies no matter what I say or do. And seems like some of them involved will see to it that I will never become published; but I will always find a way to put my work out there even it is having to put it out myself. I will say being self-published can be something more worth while than kissing the ass of a paying publisher. So this will be my message to the HWA president -- shut the hell up if you don't like what I write and don't make it where I will never get published just because I told you that you were an elitist bastard. I don't give a shit what you have to think of me but also I think of you as some asshole who doesn't like when they are challenged. Just because I was willing to cuss someone out just because I don't like the way things are. I want to see the guidelines changed to welcome self-published authors if not I will have to form something of my own for self-published horror writers. Because what I see out there now being printed for pay isn't as good as what is self-published.
I will say that Mr. Purfield's work isn't something that deserves to be published. I am going to say that right now because he is running his mouth about me on a message board. I will give him a review that isn't as nice as some of the other ones he was given. If I was the editor who he sent a story of his to -- the story he would have would be published all right, in the round file. Much as that asshole who is the HWA president would say of my work but honestly I don't care what the asshole has to say. If he was any form of a Christian he would not be supporting Poppy Z. Brite, and I want to see him rebut this on his journal. I am not ripping on the assocation just taking a pot shot on him as a person. He made some bad judgements of me and for that I will say to him that he can go blow himself.

OH< GOD> An organization for self-pub writers, led by NP? Perhaps this is the END of the world....

That's a good point someone brought up...are there contracts on these stories? I would LOVE to read a contract written by NP...damn...

Or wait.

Until Nickolaus buys a copy of his own book.

Then sue him for copyright infringement since author in question most likely didn't give NP written permission to use his copyrighted work.

Somebody should email the author in question so the anthology can be removed from lulu.com, surely.

Definitely illegal. unless a contract was signed before hand, which this suggests not. Also things always depend on what is in a contract.

HEH!

Ok, now, bare with me, but IF the email is real - and I've no doubt it is, but for Nick's sake, we'll say there's a 'maybe' on it - would it not be illegal/copyright infringements if he published someone's story without their permission, even if previously granted? I would think that if anyone, at any time, wished to pull a story from a collection, they had the right to pull their own story...

Mr. Weenie-Boater, you deserve to be the most blacklisted writer out there because you can't write. You also don't know how to talk to a woman. Put up or shut up. I, for one, will be looking into every writer you include to get the horror stories of how badly you treated them.

Observer -- I didn't write that email and you are just making up bullshit so you can pull the plug on my anthology project. I see thru your bullshit; and you are nothing but faggots who had beef with me for a number of occasions and pissing on my supporters because they are supporters. You are trying to make it where I am the most blacklisted horror writer out ther, got a problem with the way I write; don't fucking read it then. Don't be a bitch or a faggot about it and trying to ruin it for others.

letter from nicky:

The only reason you call it a scam is because I am published in it. You are still pissed because I wrote The Fandom Writer and I can tell with what you are saying on the board -- you are full of bullshit; the anthology is the real thing just the reason he hasn't put it out yet is because of the hurricanes. You have to consider the geography involved in the area.

Asshat,

I'm not paying any of you for your stories. Though I will be to paying Hasan because he is one who deserves it because of Authors Den and his story there. You sent your story to me for Tabloid Purposes, and I am will be publishing it in there, so no you can't pull it even though you want to. This is why because you believe these faggots that say I am ripping you off. I will put the story in the book with or without your permission.*

no I haven't seen that. Where's the info at? And I saw that his collection is up at lulu.com and his anthology etc. I have seen the antho cover and it looks like a piece of shit.

I wonder what he's going to do when the negative reviews start innundating him?

Did you see what he did to the writer who tried to withdraw his story from Mr. P's so-called anthology?

And he wonders why no one likes him.

Quick poll. What did Karen do? Did she

a) Flame on him and therefore every name he ever decided to drop?
b) Fail to appreciate the factor where he is writing for the straight audience?
c) Need to find herself a little rectal cancer?
d) Do something to support the liberal faggot communist nazi agenda?

Jotting down one’s hallucinations on paper or using those hallucinations to persecute good writers does not make one a writer, Mr. weenie-boater. I’ve seen your review of Karen E. Taylor’s Blood of My Blood at amazon.com, where you demand that people “avoid this book” while admitting you haven’t read it. The lady has been trying to ignore you. Why can’t you let the gentle author alone? One of the clearest indications that you cannot even begin to grasp the art of her work is that you have mistaken softcore, sensual fiction for hard core and assumed that she paled in comparison to Matheson and Lovecraft. That’s like trying to condemn a cat for not being a dog.

Eventually you will get your wish and some dude with an anger problem will shove their weenie into your boat and give you a divine revelation. I strongly suspect that you have a death wish of some kind and that’s disheartening.

I’ll be posting this on a few other places so go ahead and delete it, as I have discovered you to be fond of doing. Anything that does not feed the narcissistic hallucinations is deleted.

Interesting that he gives every other book he's reviewed a "good" review, but this one he singles out as one to avoid?

Heh, we all know your 'review' of this person is bullshit, Nick. What, did she insult you? Get over yourself, wanker.
