Dark Horse The life and times of a meditative horse trainer. I'm a second generation born and raised Alaskan. I've very proud of that, my roots are here. While I want to see as much of the world as I can, I want to raise my children here. I'm a dedicated student of the horse, of life and I love to learn. I try to leave no stone unturned in my life. Nothing is good if taken at just face value there is always more, to people, an animal, a thought, a dream. I'm an intensity junky, I live my life with passion as if every action were my very last, and I love the colors that this passion has brought to me. It's my hope to share this small window of myself with my readers. If you surfed in please make yourself at home and stay a while, if your one of my loved one's who are here, I love you for all you have educated me in to make my life this amazing. |

2005-07-06 10:10 AM Not written by me --- Goals Come to the Edge
How can we tell what risks are worth taking? If we could tell that, they would not be “risks.” Life is an adventure. You want guarantees? You’re in the wrong game. Yet there is a way to always get what you desire, and that is to always desire what you get. That is wisdom. That is mystery. CwG, Book 1 outlines in great detail the process by which we can all create whatever we choose. That process works. And it will be very effective for you… unless it isn’t. Each of us is evolving, becoming. Sometimes we use the Process of Creation so forcefully, so effectively, we startle ourselves! Sometimes we cannot seem to place into manifestation what we really desire no matter how hard we try. There are many factors at play. There are many complexities involved. Reread the book. It explains them all. And when it comes to taking risks, remember these wonderful words from the French poet and philosopher Appollinaire: “Come to the edge.” “We can’t. We are afraid.” “Come to the edge.” “We can’t. We will fall.” “Come to the edge.” And they came. And he pushed them. And they flew. Someone once said, “Call your fears Adventure.” I like that.
