Musings About Writing and Stories About Life

She's like the girl in the movie when the Spitfire falls
Like the girl in the picture that he couldn't afford
She's like the girl with the smile in the hospital ward
Like the girl in the novel in the wind on the moors

Early night (relatively speaking)

ALNM: 2140

Today was my day to write, and I had a decent output, all things considered. We got up late and puttered, and then finally went to the mall and the grocery store, and by that time it was nearly 5 p.m. I finally sat down and read through the first four chapters, then added a short scene to Chapter 2 and started Chapter 5. I also started a brief outline of what happens in each chapter. Sarah also read through, and we both made notes and discussed both changes and upcoming stuff. We’ll surge ahead tomorrow.

I’ll talk about Pent and the weekend and such tomorrow. Now it’s bedtime (and at just after 1 a.m., an early night for Sarah and I!).
