Musings About Writing and Stories About Life

She's like the girl in the movie when the Spitfire falls
Like the girl in the picture that he couldn't afford
She's like the girl with the smile in the hospital ward
Like the girl in the novel in the wind on the moors

Succumbing to my weakness

Words Written: ALNM Prologue and Chapter 1 revised (~1000 words?); 5 stories and 1 novella mailed

Whew! Got 5 stories and 1 novella back in the mail, and deposited a cheque for one of our Wicked Words stories. (It’s always nice to get paid.) And finished revising the Prologue and Chapter 1 of ALNM, and they’re back to Sarah. Tomorrow’s agenda includes beating the first few chapters of DFL into shape and writing a new synopsis.

We also took a leisurely walk to the park (a block away) to check out the weekly farmer’s market. Looks like we’ll be buying our fresh veg there from now on—and I may just succumb to my weakness and buy fresh flowers, too.
