In case you were wondering, our neural network research is still trucking along. Philip and I have completed a draft of a paper analyzing simplification and complexification dynamics in evolving neural networks, and we'll be submitting it to the GECCO conference within the week.

Then, very soon after, we'll finally be releasing our code.

In the meantime, we've bundled up our visualization tools seperately, since they really function independent of our neuroevolution software, and we've released it as the NeuroEvolution Visualization Toolkit.
