An STSpecial Report:
The Democratic National Convention Preview.

Here, from The ST Democratic National Convention Headquarters, at the home of The Democratic National Convention, the Fleet Center in Boston, Massachusetts, is Connie Chung.

CC: Good afternoon and welcome to our Preview of The Democratic National Convention, at the home of the Democratic National Convention, The Fleet Center, in Boston, I’m Connie Chung.
Well, Boston is all a buzz over this huge national convention taking place right here in their own back yard. Security is an enormous concern here, in all likelihood everyday citizens basic human rights will be ignored or trampled in this, the cradle of liberty.
But it’s the Democrats every four years party!
Starting Monday we’ll be here with the ST News team to cover the biggest Democratic party of the year… uhhm… for the Democratic Party.

Joining me will be the man who played the President in “Independence Day”, Bill Pullman, Kelly Bright, and all of our correspondents and analysts. Bill Pullman, you will be handling the news on the floor of the hall. What Should we expect?

BP: Well Connie, everything is planned, with prime time speakers every night and staged “spontaneous” events. Here in my interview booth I will be talking to the biggest news makers and the little people, the common men and women that attend the convention.

CC: Bill, who should we expect to see?

SG: Mister Pullman, unlock the door and let us in. This is security Mr. Pullman.

CC: Bill… are you there?

BP: LEAVE ME ALONE! I’M DRESSING! Sorry Connie, a mix up with security.

SG: Mister Pullman, we’ve warned you. Please put on some pants.

BP: Connie I gotta go!

CC: I think were dealing a bunch of thugs Bill. We’ll see you Monday.
Sunny Bright is in a vacant lot next to the Fleet Center which the city has christened a “Free Speech Zone”, even though the American people are guaranteed the right of free speech, Boston has said you can only have free speech in a vacant lot. Sunny.

KB: KELLY. Yes Connie, this lot is a place to come to to voice your ideas. The city fathers made this a reality for security reasons. Connie?

CC: Sunny, we look forward to your incisive commentaries.

KB: That’s it?

CC: We will be covering all aspects of this mammoth event starting Monday and continuing until the final gavel bangs down on Thursday night. For all of us at ST News, this is Connie Chung saying ‘Be seeing you’!

STNews. IS!
