STS/FX

Here is your host, Peter Graves.

PG: Welcome to another trip into the unknown, into a place of mystery and the unexplained. We call this place STS/FX.
Tonight's episode was written by famed Science Fiction Author and founder of ST:
Douglas Lain

Today we meet a man who is tired of his job as a grocery clerk who falls in love with a woman with strange and mysterious powers, a woman who gives him the power to quit his job and find a new life.

“More than Groceries”

At a bus stop.

Grocery Clerk: I don't want to go to work today. I hope my bus never arrives.

Beautiful Woman: I can see through solid objects.

Grocery Clerk: You can?

Beautiful Woman: Sometimes. Maybe I overstated a little. I can see through mostly solid objects if there is a hole in them somewhere, and if the hole goes all the way through.

Grocery Clerk: That's amazing. You're so beautiful.

Beautiful Woman: If you act dazed and confused and do some seemingly random things then you might be able to see through mostly solid objects too. We could be dazed and confused together.

Grocery Clerk: I can do it. This is amazing. I love you.

Beautiful Woman: But in the end we are oppressed by our historical circumstance.

THE END

PG: Real or imagined? Truth or fiction?
It's all the same in a place we call "STS/FX"
We'd like to thank our guests today: Corey Haim and Justine Bateman.
Good night.

ST IS...
