A Special Edition of our Internet Award Winning Feature: “ A Few Moments With Dead Celebrities”.

DA: Hello again everyone and welcome to “A Few Moments With Dead Celebrities”. Today our guest is and was The King, an icon in the world of popular music and, in death, is larger than life itself. Elvis Presley.

EP: Thank you dead announcer, thank you very much.

DA: Elvis, since your death, your life story and status in the music world has grown even larger than it was while you were living. What do you think of that?

EP: Thank you. Thank you very much. I don’t know what to think of that. I just wish somebody would have appreciated me while I sat on those Hollywood soundstages and made so much crap I can’t remember. Crap like “Paradise Hawaiian Style”, and “Change of Habit”.
Thank you, thank you very much.

DA: Dead Elvis, are you still the king?

EP: Well I… thank you Dead Announcer. Thank you very much. No. up here there’s only one King. You know that.

DA: And that is?

EP: Budweiser. No. I’m kiddin’ it’s Jesus.

DA: You must be right behind him.

EP: Thank you. No, I’m down there between Bobby Kennedy and George Jessel. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Thank you very much.

DA: Elvis, even now, tonight, on earth they are celebrating your life with yet another TV mini series.

EP: Wow, that’s three that I know of. Do you have any bacon?

DA: No Elvis, no bacon.

EP: I miss bacon.

DA: I’m sure you do. Are you aware of your daughters success as a singer now?

EP: I’m so proud. And to her mother on mothers day. I love you baby.

DA: Well, what can we say after that. Very touching. For all of us here….

EP: Any prescription drugs?

DA: No.

EP: I miss bacon and painkillers. God Damn it.

DA: Good night.

ST IS DEAD!!!!!
