CC: Good morning. Yesterday we saw history in the making. This is a shocking development in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina that caused damge and havoc in the gulf states.

After FEMA and the federal response, by most accounts, appauling, and the resignation of the head of FEMA John "Brownie" Brown, a hack slime ball that Bush counts as a political cronie. The president, yesterday, took responsibility for the Federal government's feeble slow response to the disaster.

That's right President Bush took responsiblity for something that went wrong during his administrations bogus and pompus reign, masquerading as the Executive branch of government, can you believe that? Anyway it is the first time Bush has taken responisbility for something that went wrong, including cocaine use, hookers, drunk driving, dodging the draft, a loveless marriage, the Iraq War, giving away millions that were supposed to go to 9/11 victims, his daughters, two Presidential elections, the enviornment, Texas, tax cuts for the wealthy, and the Huston Astros.

In fact the last time George W. Bush admitted responsibilty for something was at age six when he tore is britches on a fence.

He vowed he would never suffer that hell again.
Payback time!
