Hello guys.
I'm sorry I haven't been on lately, I had to be out of town for a few weeks but now I'm back home and on vacations :)

After a great preseason round versus Nightwatch, our perfomance versus Aenima on the first round of regular season wasn't very satisfying, but it is nothing to worry about. Let's just keep practicing with each other and learning how each one plays, and we will be able to overcome the huge res difference of the top squads with teamwork. Only a strong teamwork can beat the best.

Remember that teamwork requires:

I. Will to play together as a TEAM
II. Commitment to support that will
III. Discipline & Adaptability

How to make those three topics effective?

1. Consciously focus on maintaining a high level of alertness, while keeping a strong sense of everything that is going on (x-radar & action on screen in general..)
2. Play, Have fun, Relax.
3. Encourage your teammates.
4. Maintain a positive atmosphere ("we'll win this yet!")

Our second round will be versus Sweet, this sunday at 4pm EST. We will beat them, but do not underestimate.

Also, on this sunday we will begin having our intra-squad tournament - the King of Externals. The KOE has existed in Externals since the beginning and it's a great chance of improving teamwork and teamspirit. The KOE rounds will be held 2 hours before the official matches on sunday - great way to warm up :) More details about the tournament will be posted soon.
