Hey guys. Just thought I could drop a few words for everyone on the squad, old and new.

New season starts on November 30th, wilde is handling the recruiting and working hard on getting a good team together for that date, I'm sure a lot of cool recruiting is going to be done until that.

So, I have been seeing a bit of inactivity and a bit of sucking on practices sometimes too, even from myself too. Don't take this as a blame, not even gonna give out names because everyone has bad days or weeks, I'm just looking forward to encourage you to get ready for the next season.

We have to work hard on our teamwork, it's pretty reasonable and logical that our performance can drop during offseason, but It's time to get oiled and ready for the challenge.
In this journal you have a lot of playing guides and teamwork guides, I will link you to them, it's good material to get prepared.

I remind you, Externals was in PRO last season, we managed to beat very good and older squads, we had great games and we finished the season higher than we expected at the beginning, considering we were a new team.
Now, things are different, we have experience, we have new and great pilots, and we are a great group of people & players.
I'm expecting more from you. You all are here because we know you have potential to grow and be better, don't fail you and don't fail us :)

Let's get a lot of squad pracing going, try hard and concentrate on improving every day, good things are coming!
