Our official prac times are between 5 and 8pm EST.
Log on, gather 3 buddies and play. You don't really need anyone to fix that for you.
Try to show at least 2-3 times a week between that time.

On a near-desperate attempt to save our squad from failure, I have to assume I have been making a terrible use of substitutions. It's a little strange, but I will assume my mistakes: I have been trying to give everyone who's been praccing well a chance to play in a match AND putting in the "elite veterans" who are giving us a hand, because they could be in any other squad but are in ours.

This is what WAS in my mind and, from now on, isn't anymore. Why? Because it's not working.

I guarantee you all that things will be very different from now on. I am putting a lot of efforts on playing well myself and making each of you play your best too. Sometimes I act like a dork and put a lot of (good) pressure on some of you, but it's for our own good.

It's not too late to fly high in league.
Let's show Starfire Elite our true powers, without underestimating, because they're pretty decent.

Also, try to attend to our daily pracs, anytime between 5 and 8 pm EST.

I am also re-posting our constitution in our journal home so you guys can re-read it, and, hopefully, this time absorb it. Our success last season was because people took it seriously. I don't see many of you taking it seriously.
