Owie. Heathen just gave my arms a quick rub, and they feel a little better, but basically I'm in constant pain. I've been cranking at work lately, and it's truly taking its toll on my RSI. I dunno how I'm gonna get 1000 words in tonight on the YA -- I hand-wrote some on the train, and I'm really into the section I'm in right now, but it hurt enough last night and I can't imagine what it's going to be like tonight. I might need to take some time off, do yoga tonight instead.

Sigh.
