My body is so out of whack. Every day I'm feeling better and yet every day something new happens that tells me, hey, my whole system is misfiring. I'm drinking gatorade (brought to me by the lovely Heathen who has been making runs to the grocery store on her breaks to bring me soup and fluids -- she's going for her own stuff anyway, but it's nice not to have to go myself), drinking the horribly embarrassing nutritional supplement stuff the doctor suggested, drinking water, tea, eating soup. I'm taking hot baths, trying to get enough sleep, trying to breathe slowly in through the nose, out through the mouth when I get stressed. I'm still out of whack.

Tim and I, we could eat better. We're lazy, we don't cook enough and we rely too heavily on frozen pizzas and chick patties for dinner. It would be good if I could start eating healthier.

So, I was thinking, maybe some of you had some suggestions? Do you have a quick-n-easy meal you love to prepare that's both healthy and tasty? I'm a vegetarian, though I will eat fish and teeny tiny amounts of chicken these days, but Tim LOVES meat (this is part of our problem, of course), so meals where the meat is optional (especially if it can be added later, to part of it) are great. But, really, I'm just looking for several new healthy recipes that we can make quickly and get in the habit of eating. I need to eat better, but I'm at a loss for where to start. You guys are smart. Some of you are very healthy. So, if you don't mind terribly much, post your healthy recipes in the message board (you can email them if you want to keep them secret, of course)! I'll be ever so appreciative!
