Hi all. Well, it seems that the crazyness of last week is over for now, and we're slowly settling into the new place. I started work yesterday, and that all seems pretty normal and good too. My new schedule makes it a much easier transition on me.

River seems to be recovering from surgery, though I tend to worry about him a lot and he's going through the baby tylenol (it doesn't help that he had his 4-month immunizations this week, which always make him a bit cranky). He's sleeping through the night again, which is wonderful, and we're even getting pretty good at the 4-times-a-day eyedrops, though sometimes the third drop is tricky to get in. Bright lights bother him, and we're not sure how long that side-effect is going to last (some glaucoma kids wear sunglasses much of the time, or so I read).

He's reaching for toys and pushing things away, and he's very good at directing things into his mouth (he can almost get the bottle in there everytime!). He giggles and squeals. He's just beautiful and good.

I talk more about how he's doing in our latest Flickr set, River, weeks 17 & 18. There are three pics in there that he's not in, but I figured it doesn't hurt to have some landscape/ other kids :-)

Hope you're all doing well!
