I was forced to update window xp and media player this evening. it took forever. I didnt want to, but many programes refused to work, it kept saying "a higher version is expected"--heck, so demanding! Hopefully, my laptop would stll run okay after hours of updating. updates often cause problems, sometimes they slow down the computer. it seems okay at this moment.
