I wish I had more perl buddies to turn to when I need someone to look over my code. Kenny's great, but usually we're working on such vastly different things in Perl that my questions about one module that he's probably never used before aren't exactly all that useful.

It was great back at VS, where everyone was a Perl Coder, and so if we had problems with a small chunk of code, we could go ask Kenny or Alex, or Nicole, or Adrian. Now I find myself having forgotten how to correctly deal with sockets, and nobody to ask about it.

Just venting about work. Now back to the IO::Select manpage.
