Ok, trivia fans, nows your chance to earn the big points. Since I have been neglecting my blog due to incessent night time FFXI playing, here is a mega dose of trivia, with a bonus.

Each question will be worth the amount indicated, however, if the first person to answer gets all the questions right, they get a 5 point bonus! Whoo hoo! If they do not answer all questions right, they will get the points for the ones they get correct, and the others will be open. Here we go:

1. I got my Oscar for playing a frustrated housewife in the '70s. My husband, in the movie, was a football coach. The question is: who wrote the book that created my character? (2 points)

2. A simple syllogism. 'A. All of the artists are beekeepers. B. Some of the beekeepers are chemists.' If A and B are both true, then which of the following must be true?
A. Some of the artists are chemists.
B. Some of the chemists are not artists.
C. Some of the chemists are artists.
D. None of the other options is correct.
(1 point)

3. What drink (referred to as 'Dutch Courage') was invented in the early 17th Century in Holland, and was used to treat stomach complaints, gout and gallstones? (1 point)

4. In "A Woman of No Importance" (Oscar Wilde) Mrs Allonby says the 'Ideal Man' should "Talk to us as if we were goddesses, and treat us as if we were_________". Complete the line. (1 point)

5. Happy Days" can trace its origins to the early-70s anthology comedy series "Love, American Style". But "Happy Days" had its own children, too. Including animated shows, how many? (3 points)

Good luck!
