Broken Saints

Nothing much to report at the moment. Soon I'll be laying out the general story for "Dance of the Harlequin" as well as its characters. I won't be posting excerpts because that might be misconstrued as publishing the story on the web, which would use up my First North American Serial Rights for the story. If that happened, I'd only be able to sell the story as a reprint, which pays much less.

Instead today, I want to report about an online graphic novel, called Broken Saints. This is the most astounding thing I have seen on the Internet thus far. It's the next stage in the evolution of the graphic novel, adding animation and an ambient soundtrack. This is not a cartoon. It's unbelievably written, illustrated, and animated, as well as containing a fantastic soundtrack for each episode. This is not something for those of you with a two-second attention span. The story is deep and expansive, and will take a good long time to complete. But it's worth the journey. And these guys do stuff with Flash animation that I would never even think of. Check out Broken Saints if you know what's good for you.
