I would like to publicly congratulate my friend Lisa Snellings (Clark) and her husband Pete on the birth of their brand new baby boy Orion, who was born about a week ago. Lisa, as you might know if you've been following this journal at all, is a sculptor of weird and horrific things, many of which are harlequins in some form or other. Her life-sized sculpture "If Love's a Fine Game, Then Hell's a Good Joke" was the inspiration for my story "Wicked Game".
