I'm currently running on three hours of sleep today, so please forgive me if I say anything goofy. Last night, I was so excited about Clarion (which my sister has taken to calling Claritin) that I just couldn't go to sleep. I feel like I should start packing now. In an attempt to get to sleep, I finished Jonathan Carroll's Voice of Our Shadow and started Iain Banks's The Wasp Factory, watched an episode of Buffy on TV, and paced around my apartment until I had exhausted myself. Insomnia sucks.

Didn't get any writing done yesterday, but I saw "A Beautiful Mind" last night with best friend Jason Miller (no, not the lead singer of Godhead). I can see why it won so many Oscars. It's a fantastic movie. And yes, I think Russell Crowe got slighted; he did the best acting of his career so far in that film.
