Check out the Green Man Review online magazine. This and Terri Windling's Endicott Studio are the best online resources for mythic fiction. I have a non-fiction piece called "The Old Switcheroo: A Study in Role Reversal" that I wrote for Darrell Schweitzer's Neil Gaiman Reader, and if he can't use it, I'll submit it to GMR. Plus, they encourage reviewers, and though it's been a while, I'm still interested in doing that. Some options I like to keep open.
