Well, in order to keep my mind off the fifteen or so submissions I have out, most of which are past the stated response times, I've played around with the look of my journal. Let me know what you think!

Also, we now have the keys to the new, kick-ass, albeit tiny apartment on Capitol Hill. Let the moving commence! We're giving up around three hundred square feet in the move, but we're also downsizing all of our furniture and finally getting rid of a bunch of garbage that just isn't needed.

The place is sooooo kick-ass though that it's worth every square foot lost.

So, I'll focus on that and getting my story for my critique group's anthology done and not--I repeat: NOT!--worry about the fact that I'm itching for responses to my damned fiction!

Yeah, sure. Right. That's gonna happen.
