Good day and bad. Catherine and Angela left for Seattle tonight. I've got three more weeks and two days until I get to follow them out. I'm really going to miss my girls, but I've got lots to do in these three weeks so it should go by rather quickly.

And just 'cuz I feel like showing off, here's before and now pictures (not before and after, because I'm not done yet) of where I'm at with my weight loss program. You know, when I say that I've lost seventy-five pounds and have forty-five left to go, it's hard to envision. But whenever I get a craving for something very, very unhealthy, all I have to do is look at these pics.
