I was hoping I would do better for my first
Novel Dare, but you know how weekends can be.




Saturday: I did a twenty mile bike ride on came home and heard the Giants lost. Went to a BBQ and watched the A's lose Game 4.




Sunday: Chores, sports, more chores, read, caught up on journals and other stray writing projects.




Monday: After work, I went to a Writer's Group meeting and got (and gave) some decent feedback. And of course some good inspirations.

With the Giants and A's both out of the playoffs, baseball season in Northern California is pretty much over. But my wife is from Chicago, so we're rooting for the Cubbies! On the AL side, the Sox.

Today (Tuesday), I knocked out some words at work during a late afternoon break. Not many, but at least some forward momentum.




I am WAH tomorrow, so I expect some good wordage.
