On Thursday, I finally scored two semi-decent tickets to the INXS show in Oakland, CA, and I didn't pay that much over cover price. I found them on craigslist. I'm happy to be going to the show. I watched RockStar and I knew J.D. was going to win. It ought to be a pretty good show. The Paramount looks like a good place to see a concert.

Well, I was two for two on picks this weekend and that means that it will be the Seattle Seahawks vs the Pittsburgh Steelers facing off in Super Bowl XL in two weeks. It's good. It means I can watch what will likely be a really good football game and have no emotional stake in it.
