Psalm 23

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

***

The world will seem a bit darker without you for all of us that have known and loved you, but the time has come for you to grace the gates of Heaven. God has brought you home.

The lovely woman that you were will remain always in the hearts of those who've known and loved you. And is reflected in everything you've done in your life -- your wonderful children (my cousins) and grandchildren -- and for many generations to come your kindness and grace will live on.

I know that when we go to church on Sunday that you'll be looking down and hearing our prayers. The angels sang when you arrived. Of that, I am sure.

I love you very much.
