These were the resolutions:

1. Write more. Write every day.
2. Finish my damn novel.
3. Learn to play a decent F chord.
4. Master the basic chords and faster, accurate chord switching. Learn more songs.
5. Rise to the next level in Martial Arts. Master the basics -- kicks, punches, blocks.
6. Endeavor to be more patient, courageous, and kind, less angry, hearful, and thoughtless.
7. Try to blog regularly.

Here are the results (or lack thereof):

1. Lowest word count in three years.
2. See #1.
3. F chord is decent, if that. Now trying to master Bm and B. Ugh!
4. Added some songs to my playlist that I can get through without looking at the sheet music and making minimal mistakes. Still trying to smooth out progressions, and not lose the beat.
5. I'm at a some level. I have learned that one never truly masters the basics -- kicks, punches, blocks.
6. It's difficult for me to judge this, but I know I have tried.
7. A few huge gaps.

I'm not thrilled with the results, but something about a new year beginning fills me with hope and desire.
