Twinkle, twinkle traffic light

Alex thinks he's too grown up for "Rockabye Baby" now. I never liked "Rockabye Baby", but they sang it to him at day care when they rocked him to sleep. When he started requesting it (when he was about 18 months old, he started asking for "rocky baby") I discovered how it calmed him down at bed time, so who was I to complain?

But now, it's a baby song. LOL Every night, he wants me to sing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Traffic Light". Not exactly a bedtime song, but... And he doesn't like the real "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star", it has to be the traffic light version. It's one of the songs they teach at day care to help kids remember things.

(sung to the tune of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star")
Twinkle, twinkle, traffic light
On the corner, shining bright
Red means stop
Green means go
Yellow means very, very slow
Twinkle, twinkle, traffic light
On the corner, shining bright
