I'm convinced that the Unemployment office doesn't exist, it's just a ruse that is backed by an automated phone system that makes you go through menu after menu and then finally says, "I'm sorry, the maximum number of callers has been reached, if you need to speak with a representative today please call back later."

*grumble*grumble*

I was supposed to have my unemployement phone interview yesterday, but they never called.
