It's been a while since I've travelled for work, but next week I'm off to Chico (in northern California) for a couple of days at the CATS conference. This a forum for techie CSU people to get together and talk about academic computing.

I expect that this won't be a terribly exciting event, however it will be nice to do something like this for a change and see another part of the state for a couple days. All expenses on CSUN's tab, so no harm done.

Leaving Wednesday, March 19, on Southwest 1862 at 12:45 arriving Sacramento at 1:55 and then renting a car with colleagues to drive to Chico about two hours north.

Returning Friday, March 21, on Southwest 1794 at 5:30 arriving Burbank at 6:35 just in time for normal gaming :-)
