With regard to making the finals with my panorama the other day, here's what the contest people say:

There are a total of 413 Finalist images from 112 Photographers. The Jury will select the winners from these in the upcoming week, and the winners will be announced on 29 July.

Unfortunately, the website is not programmed to show separately or mark the Finalist images. The only thing that could give you some idea which ones are, is that images that made it into the Finals are shown on the top within each country in th Photo Gallery - but it does not say where the finalists end and the non-finalists start. So it can only give you some idea but not an exact list - that's the closest available thing to what you are asking.

So being a finalist in this case is not particularly significant, given they chose 413 of some 1,100 entries. Anyway, my entry tops the U.K. ones, so if you browse the various countries (which I have not yet done), you can get an idea of the competition.
