"In the sweetness of friendship let there be laughter, and sharing of pleasures. For in the dew of little things the heart finds its morning and is refreshed." Kahlil Gibran

Introductions are in order...

It occurred to me that I often talk about my children, so I thought it might be a good idea to introduce them. I will not use their real names...they'd probably be embarassed if anyone knew who they really were.

Child # 1. I'm gonna call her my Fragile Flower, hereinafter known as FF. She admits to being well over 21 but she has the countenance of a young girl. She giggles a lot, has a wonderful sense of humor and can make me laugh and pee at the same time. She is empathetic to a fault and wants to heal all the wounds of the world.

Child # 2 She will be known as my Jocular Jewel (JJ). She's funny, also has a great sense of humor. I guess I better state right here, so I won't have to repeat it 3 more times...all of my beasties have a great sense of humor.
Anyway, JJ is my practical child...she is very organized, almost to a point of OCD. I live with her now and she is always concerned about my health and welfare. She is sometimes moody but then aren't we all.

Child # 3 He is my Smooth Samaratin (SS). He's tall, handsome and oozes charm. The ladies love him. He's furniture builder..and a damn good one. He's a fantastic father and a thoughtful son. When he was a boy, he had carrot red hair and the temper to go with it. Over the years he has lost both...but he's still gorgeous.

Child # 4 This guy is Cute & Charming (CC). If you don't believe me, just ask him. He's a devil one minute and an angel the next. He has a very sarcastic sense of humor but a very big heart. When the chips are down, he'll be there to do whatever needs to be done. He is my baby boy and has insured his name in my will by naming his girl child after me. Whatta guy!

Child # 5 Last, but certainly not least is my baby..my baby girl who we'll call Busy Bee (BB). She flits from one thing to another without missing a beat. She loves people and they love her. She's caring, thoughtful and a good mother. She takes in strays....dogs, cats, people..she is a born caregiver.

I have loved all of these kids since the day they were born. I still love them now that they are adults. Not only that, I respect and admire them. They are very nice, caring and loving people and I am so happy to be a part of their lives.

I have been truly blessed.
