Just as I was about to start lecture, a male student came into the classroom and exclaimed, "I am God's gift to women."

I asked if he wanted me to conduct a poll of the class, but he declined.


When asked if I liked the movie Armageddon, I answered no. They asked me why, and I went on my "bad science in movies"-rant. Then one of the students said, "You are the first girl I know who doesn't like that movie." Yet more proof that I'm a failure as a woman.


While looking at images of a highly cratered region of Mars, someone remarked that it looked like the region had been bombed.

American student to Japanese lab partner: "I'm sorry we bombed Japan."

Japanese lab partner:"Well, we bombed Pearl Harbor. I'm sorry, too."

World peace has been achieved in astronomy lab.
