Is it just me, or is everybody having difficulty waking up in the morning? I do believe I hit the snooze button for TWO HOURS this morning. Ever since last Thursday, I've been so sleepy all the time. Logically, I know it's probably due to a combination of heat and dehydration, but it's still annoying. (Well, except for the fact that hitting the snooze promotes extra cuddling in the morning.)

Despite the sleepiness, I had a very pleasant weekend. Plenty of good food and oodles of Buffy -we're almost at the end of season five now. Also, on Friday night, Greg and I went to a Rush concert. I enjoy Rush concerts on several levels - first, I do like the music very much. Second. I like watching the men pick which musician they will mimic - will they air-guitar with Alex, play the drums with Neil, or try to keep up with Geddy on bass? Next to me were two teenage pod boys, though. They didn't speak, smile, or respond to the music at all. I thought to myself at the beginning of the concert, "these boys have been assigned to watch Neil drum." And, they left after Neil's drum solo. Very odd.

And a third, more practical reason for loving Rush concerts is the fact that a good 85% of the concertgoers are male - there are no lines for females anywhere! The restrooms are practically empty, and the line for women to get searched is really short. Yay for the chicks!
