Greg and I started off our Sunday morning by participating in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in downtown Phoenix. As we leisurely strolled 3 miles with 40,000 other people, I was amazed at the number of women in pink shirts, survivors, that were in the race. Good for them! It was quite inspiring.

This weekend I decided to clean not just the bookcases, but also the books themselves. One-by-one, which in this household takes a long time. I'm not done yet, but what I've noted is that we have a damned fine book collection. I would see books and think "I've been meaning to read that" or "that was a great book" or "I should read this next!" Now I just want to stay home and read all day.
