Electric Grandmother

This weekend we went and visited my parents and grandmother.

My parents are well. My grandmother is better. (She cracked her hip at the end of August/beginning of September.) She is now home, and glad to not be in the nursing home/recovery center anymore.

I'm glad she's home, too.

Not a lot to tell about our visit. We had some interesting conversation and now we are home ourselves.

And I've caught the cold Avadore brought home Tuesday night. That's right, while Rice and I were attempting to dance, Avadore was being intimate with some other kid's germs. And now they're being intimate with me.

Blah.

So I've slept a lot today. Picked up a little bit around the house between naps, and am considering drinking either something citus-y or warm. And then I may sleep some more.
