Electric Grandmother

Well, so this morning I got an email where someone doing NaNo here in town decided that she was holding the area opening party at (drum roll please) ELMERS!!!

Elmers???

What the...

On Sunday at 8. (Evening, or morning? Huh?)

Good laws.

Anyway, I thought you'd appreciate that.

Now me? I'm a wee bit concerned...

Elmers is not friendly to anyone other than the grown-up "professional" types. Even as a mature adult, I have been treated horribly there if I am with others who don't fit the bill of their desired clientele. I no longer go if I can avoid it. (As in I only go if my in-laws insist on it.) I can't imagine the treatment a bunch of writers would receive.
