Well, I just walked across the street to Gibson's Books & Beans to grab a croissant prior to my 3:30 meeting . . . and it's snowing out there. It's the typical first snowfall of the year; nothing will stick, and they're not flakes so much as little snow clods . . . but still. It's snowing.

It's sure starting to feel like it's the end of fall semester around here! I've had a fairly enjoyable semester, so in a way I hate to see it end; I've got a good rapport with all my classes, I think, despite a few early bumps in the road. But then again, the sooner it ends the sooner we get to May . . . (and I have a request in for travel funds to go to Computers and Writing, which is in Texas this year. Clarence, are you reading??)

OK, off to the meeting . . .
