I'm still really busy around here (although I am no longer stressed, which is a definite improvement). But I have German to finish up, a few web forms to write, and some serious tabulation of grades yet ahead of me. Nonetheless, it feels like the beginning of vacation time.

One chief reason for this is that I'm going to Inkshed this weekend, and I can't wait. In case you were wondering, I've decided to take the Poodle Skirt yarn, which I am knitting up into a Sweater Part. (I don't have enough yarn for an entire sweater out of it, so it will have to evolve as I go.) Pictures to follow soon.

And in other exciting news, I got time on the loom!! I went to Woven Art last week to investigate sock yarn, to pick up April's stitch challenge (before the month was out), and to ask. Turns out that I was on Nancy's list of people to call. So I start tomorrow morning! Yippee!!!!

Other than that, life cranks along. With any luck, there will be more before Inkshed but I'm not making guarantees . . .
