I was playing with the family photos again last night, and I came across this one of my father, which I had never seen. He's perhaps 25 or 26 years old here . . . this is taken, I'm presuming, in Vienna, which my father absolutely loved (I'm told). According to my mother, he spoke German like a native.

Looks like he fits in pretty well.
