Anya had a girl's night at her apartment last night. It was good to see her hanging out with some of her work friends. If there is one thing that our relationship needs more than anything, it's good quality 'friends' time. I'm glad she had a good time, I only hope that there's a little bit of Apple Pie left to eat.

It was good to have the night completely to myself though. It was nice just sitting back in my apartment, alone with my thoughts. My mom's going to be giving me her old lap top, since mine is broke. If I had had a working computer last night, I would have gotten some writing done. I haven't done ANY non-journal writing this summer. It's not a bad thing per se, but I find myself getting rusty.

School promises to be as challenging as always this coming up semester. If I can afford to go that is. I'm sure I'll be able to since I always find a way, and I'll soon have a credit card which should hold me over until the GI Bill kicks in. But it always sucks initially because of all the school and textbook expenses. Oh well. Such is life. The sooner I graduate, the sooner I can start right back up with Graduate School. haha

Speaking of, I have been thinking recently about how cool it'd be to be a school counsellor of some kind. Just a thought. Maybe I'll seek out more information later.

Anywho.....gotta close up the office.
