I got my cholesterol test results back today. My overall cholesterol is 209. Although not entirely awful, 209 is on the higher side of normal. It's about what I was expecting based on my incredibly awful eating habits. It's not great, but at least now I know what it is. I am eating better now, and hopefully it'll decrease with a better eating habit.

It is what it is I guess.
