It's October so that must mean that the Yankees are in yet another World Series. This is their 6th time to the World Series in 8 years. That is amazing! As I wrote earlier, things in the Universe are aligned. The Cubs and Red Sox are still cursed, and the Yankees are still...well...the Yankees.

It's been an interesting few days of baseball. I sometimes go in-between believing in superstitions and not believing in superstitions. Well, these past few days have me back believing in superstitions. How can TWO teams who are "cursed" through the years both be up by 3 runs in the eighth inning, and blow the game? How is that possible? How is it possible that the Red Sox keep suffering from the curse of Babe Ruth, and keep losing to the Yankees? BOTH teams were up by 3. BOTH teams only needed 5 outs to make it to the World Series. BOTH teams are going home.

The Yankees are going to something like their 37th or 38th World Series. Yikes.
