Everytime I read the transcript of an Alan Greenspan speech, I always get the sensation that he's an oracle type being. That he is some kind of fortune teller that comes down from his house in the dark woods of Mordor to impart his knowledge on the earth.

He then transforms into a centaur and gallops away on a Skittles rainbow.
