After going to bed at 9:00 pm last night with a MONDO headache (allergies), I'm getting ready to head out to wait in line with all the other geeks. Should be a lot of fun.

I'm really pumped up about the movie. I think it's going to be a good time at the movies. I haven't seen the movie yet, and I already can't wait to see it again tomorrow with my sister and brother in law.

My sister turns 30 today. I can't believe it. I talked to her on the phone a little bit ago, and she says that it's not as big of a deal as turning 40 is going to be. I tend to agree with that sentiment. 40 is a much more "age defining" birthday. We also agreed that feeling old only works when comparing to younger siblings. She says that she doesn't feel old now, but only feels old in the context of me turning 28 this year, and Luke turning 26. I agree. I personally don't feel old, but do when I realize that my younger brother is going to be 26 in October. AAAAAHHHHH!!!!

But anyways...off to the movies. Get ready for a steady stream of reviews, and the conclusion to my "Pop Culture War" questions, since (as the movie says) the circle is now complete!

matt out...to see the last "new" Star Wars movie ever released in the theaters.

p.s. And Anya rules more than any other woman on the planet for coming to wait in line with me. There's a special place in the afterlife for the girlfriends of geeks. :-)
