I have tons of stuff to say and write, but all I can muster right now is it's good to be connected to the world again.

Seems that in my absence from the internet and cable, the Gulf of Mexico decided to make itself at home in New Orleans. It's weird how quickly things change, and how much information can be lost when one doesn't have access to either network news or cable internet.
