I'm bad with numbers, so I need your help. If I'm a pollster, which poll do you think is more important?

37% Approve
59% Disapprove
3% Mixed feelings
1% Unsure

Republicans
77% Approve
19% Disapprove
4% Unsure

Democrats
11% Approve
83% Disapprove
6% Unsure

Independents
31% Approve
56% Disapprove
13% Unsure

Because to me, the second poll shows that their is a definite partisan divide. So yes, 37% of people numerically disapprove of the job the president is doing. But when you look at the numbers based on political party, it shows that political party favoritism is skewing the numbers one way or another. I don't know.

Any numbers people out there that can help me sort this out?
