Let's see if I can break this down to the dum-dum level.

Reggie Bush is the best player in College Football. Some say he's one of the greatest players to *ever* play College Football.

The team with the worst record in the NFL gets the highest draft pick. Right now, there are two teams with the worst record; the San Franciso 49ers and the Houston Texans.

There are two remaining games in the 2005 NFL season. San Fran. goes to St. Louis. I'm predicting St. Louis to win this game. Both teams are not very good, but St. Louis is probably the better overall team. Houston hosts Jacksonville which is playing for its Playoff life, so I'm predicting an easy win for Jacksonville. So I'm predicting both teams to lose.

That last game of the season??? Houston at San Francisco. If both teams should happen to lose this week and have tying records going into the last game, the last game of the year will essentially be "the Reggie Bush Bowl." Both teams have young quarterbacks who would benefit greatly from the hot shot running back, so this last game could really end up being a fight for last place.

If I'm one of the two teams, I would seriously consider starting my second or third string players during the game. I know that players and coaches have all kinds of pride and that it goes against nearly every fiber of their being to play for a loss, but I also think that it might be worth it in the long run to do so.

I mean, when your win loss record is 2-13, will your pride really be destroyed *that* much to have your record go to 2-14, especially when *the* College Player of all College Players could end up on your team?

I'm guessing they'll play for the win. It's one of those grey areas, I guess.

Although, can you imagine what such a game would look like? It'd be hilariously funny. You'd have the quarterbacks obviously throwing to the wrong guys on purpose. The running backs would purposely run into the back of their offensive linemen. Wide Receivers would catch the ball and lateral it back to a safety or something. I'd pay to watch that game.

anywho...random post.
