I think HRC wins WVA 76-24. The demographics are against him in a major way and he's barely showed up to campaign there, which is never a good sign.

The media will say that its another win that showcases her strong support (and his lack thereof) with "salt of the earth" types and how this will be a weakness of Barack's in the general. They will say that its an impressive win for her, but they will say that its too little too late...but they'll leave an open thread on her "comeback." The media will talk about this for 5 hours.

HRC will give a victory speech from either WVA or Kentucky and will mention Michigan and Florida almost as many times as she says the words, "this isn't over yet."

Barack will give a speech...from Oregon.

This thing continues for (at least) one more week.
